All readily made physical items would be shipped every Wednesday
Pre-order sales items would be delivered within the date range specified per item in the item info page
When the item is broken upon delivery, it would be refunded 100% with the broken items sent back to our studio
When the item is not functioning as expected upon delivery, client could have it refunded 100% with the item sent back to our studio
Local (HK) Postage would be on us when the order of purchase is over $500 HKD
Overseas Postage would be calculated by items weight / size by our system automatically
